selon ce qui est écrit dans le livre du prophète Esaïe: J’enverrai mon messager devant toi, il te préparera le chemin. On entend la voix de quelqu’un | qui crie dans le désert: Préparez le chemin pour le Seigneur, faites-lui des sentiers droits. Jean parut. Il baptisait dans le désert. Il appelait les gens à se faire baptiser en signe d’un profond changement, afin de recevoir le pardon de leurs péchés.
Dimanche
C’était dimanche et on a fait a service with the girls, it was pretty nice. Fisrtly we play two songs in the guitar, build my life and no longer slave to fear, and then we heard a Tim Keller’s sermon called The Gospel-Shaped Life, really good and interesting by the way.
Then we had lunch that was pretty much rice beans and tortillas chips, kk. It was good. While all this was happening we got to chat and the terrorists attacks was one of the things we talked about. Daniela used to live in Nice in 2016 and she even knew some people for sight from her school that passed way in that 14th July. crazy. Hanna also told us the story of the 22th July, in 2011, where in the Utøya island, in Norway, lots of teenagers, from a labour party association, that were on a camp were killed by a right-wing extremist. oh.
Well, it was possible do to laundry so that was nice and then do some others stuffs like finishing homework.
Thanks, Lord for this weekend and for the time we got to hang out with the girls. Thanks for service, it was niice and the sermon was so interesting. Please, Lord, be with Hanna’s friend that is sick and is just 13. Please take care of him and bring his family close to you. Give us strenght during this week, Lord. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
